Dropbox Dash Beta
I installed the Dash extension in Chrome (MacOS), but now a new tab displays the Dash homepage, rather than the old page I had selected. How can I disable the Dash homepage for New Tabs in Chrome?
Same problem here, looking for same solution.
I've disabled the addon - the only solution I can find. It seems to have taken complete control of the new tab settings.
You offer to help everyone with this issue, but I can not find a single answer to this question. I'm fine with you being all grateful for the input and feedback and stuff. You're welcome.
Now, I want to get rid of this pushy overbearing and rather sneaky thing, and to get my computer back...including the new tab settings. How do I do that? Please answer with actual instructions or, if you can't, tell me that.
Answering that quickly would be good.
I love using Dash because of stacks but I don't want it to be my main homepage in my Chrome.
When the Dropbox Dash extension is turned on, I CANNOT see my Google bookmarks and shortcuts which is essential for my work. It would be nice if the extension stays on the extension bar and can be turned on/off onto another tab when clicked. Is there anyway I can get around this?
I'm having the same problem... I just don't want it to take over my whole homepage.
I'd like to turn this off please
how do I remove dash beta. It opens whenever i open chrome
how did you disable the add on?
I just started with this drop box thing and already I'm totally annoyed with the same problem you're having! LOL
Nope. I just stopped using Dropbox. If this keeps up...this nothing, I mean... I'm going to dump it and uninstall and just throw it on the pile with all the others that can't seem to get this customer support thing.
