Margins and Padding in Paper

What I love about Documents is the immediate paddings and margins they apply in each style. Paper seems to have them on 0.

What I mean is this. When you apply a Header 1 in paper it gives you immediate margins. Also in H2. But that's it. All other formats get a zero margin.

I don't need much. Just half a line even less. I know it's not something big, but your formatting between elements is so agly. Please when I press enter to change a paragraph give me more that 0 margin. Also between paragraphs and Bulleted List, Check Boxes, and more.

You get the ides. It isn't something you need a lot of time to do. Just A/B Test it in 1000 users and see reactions.

Hello, this is a very basic question but I can't seem to find any related information. I was just wondering if it's possible to customize the document dimension in Dropbox Paper? For example, I'd like to create a landscape document at the dimension of 9x7 inches. Is this possible? Thanks!

Hey @lanlanonearth, you may keep in mind that it’s not currently possible to adjust/expand your Paper doc's width & height, though this would be a great idea :light_bulb: & thanks a lot for expressing your interest on this functionality here.

Hi all,

Currently the line width is defined to 84 characters, which might be way to narrow if for example multi-layered lists are used.

Could you please add the option for a 'wide layout', that definves significantly wider lines?

Optimally, in this mode the user chooses when to break lines, and if the line is wider than the screen then a horizontal scroll-bar appears.

It seems that there is no way to place a checkbox inside a list, escecially needed for nested lists of tasks (see example below).

The desired behavior:

My jobs for today:

* [x] first big job
    * [x] subpart 1
    * [x] subpart 2
    * [ ] subpart 3 - skipped for now...
* [ ] second job...

=============================

Moreover, sometimes I would like to put few checkboxes in one sentance:

===== Example: =======

Points discussed: [x] first point, [x] second point, [ ] third point

==================

I approve the proposal: some margin above other titles will be really aprreciated: it gives visual feedback.

Currently to begin a new line with an H3 (so a triple hash, a space and then some text) produces exactly the very same effect as selecting a simple text and formatting it with bold: in fact also with this second action, an header is added in the left index.

Could be a good simplification, but please add some margint above the H3.

I can add also this secondo "spacing" request: some space between paragraphs.

Yes but how do you apply Paper 1 or 2 & why isn’t that explained when you save something to Dropbox?

can I apply it retrospectively?
