I'd love to be able to create a shared Paper doc for reference and then have the ability to turn off visibility of other users' activity/cursors. The hyperlinking and collapsing/expanding options are great for our needs (creating one large workflow, with different sections/processes for different clients), but when multiple users are in the doc, we can see each other clicking around and collapsing/expanding sections, which is very distracting.
Does anyone else have any other (no-cost) ideas for this type of thing? Filters would also be very beneficial (for example, click one client or process and all others become hidden). I know Word has a collapsing/expanding feature for PCs, but not Macs, which is what we're all using. We've tried Google Docs and the ability to edit online is a perk, but not necessarily a requirement.
