Hey there @Angela7 - how are you today?

I understand you're wondering how to copy a small part of text from a file within your Dropbox account using the mobile app.

Note that the copy and paste function is handled by your device's operating system, not Dropbox. Have you tried doing this via a web browser on your mobile while accessing our website and previewing your files online?

Having said that and as I'd really like to help with this, can you tell me what type of files are these and if this persists if you download the files and open them on your mobile natively?

Thank you for you reply in advance!

Sorry, that solution did not work,
Downloading the file does not work either as it comes as a zip and the computer does not seem to be able to unzip them.

Wonder why, however i can see them in the browser of drop box i just cant copy the text which is needed.

Can you help on this?

If you'd like to access content from a zip file, you'll need the appropriate software to unzip it locally on your devices so I'd suggest searching the web for a -possibly free- software that could handle this.

If I'm missing something here, please elaborate so I can advise further.
