Paper access with a deleted Business Account

If a Dropbox Business account was deleted, do all of the Paper docs get deleted with it, or are they transferred to whoever the owner of the Business account is?

 

Looking for a Paper doc that I created (as a team member), but the account owner can't seem to find it, leading us to believe that the docs were totally deleted. Is there a way to access any of these docs?
