Export dropbox replay comments does not change timecode format to match the selected timecode format

Currently when you export dropbox replay comments, they export in millisconds. This makes them completely useless, I need to have them in the timecode format of the project i am working in. You are able to change timecode display, and the comments timecode even changes to match this. But the comments export does not reflect this.

Also, The timecode should have 00:00:00:00 format rather than just 00:00:00. Having hours is standard and timecode metadata tools require this to be able to read a csv properly.

Hi Nancy

Is this Topic somewhere open now? For me it wold be a huge update if the exported timecode would be in the same format as shown in replay. For now i can't use this feature because I, and also all other Editors work with the TC format 00:00:00:00. 

How can i push this improvement forward?
