Hi, I keep getting the error “Couldn't add team members. Please try again.” When I try to add another member to a folder/project of videos clips in Dropbox Replay.
I attached a screenshot [Removed as per Community Guidelines] Please help.

If you try a different browser, or an incognito tab on your current browser, do you notice the same behavior? If yes, would it be okay for me to send you an email, so we can have a closer look?

Hi Megan, thanks for getting back to me! Yes I've tried different browsers and incognito window as well. Also I've tried multiple different emails accounts including ones I know are associated with other Dropbox accounts and ones that are not. I've created a little screen share showing what is happening. Please if you could email me so I could share that with you since it does show real email accounts and projects I'd rather not post publicly.

The team had a look into this issue and updated some of the error messages to be more descriptive. e.g.
