無法登入自己的帳戶 (I'm having trouble signing into my account)

昨日用谷歌信箱註冊,登出後要再登入就顯示密碼錯誤。

使用谷歌帳號登入卻又顯示未驗證,但信箱查看都收不到任何更改密碼的信件,

聯絡支援卻都是先查看說明,但說明上的問題也都照著做了還是沒有辦法可以解決,

裡頭已經有存放文件了,東西非常重要,到現在我還是沒有辦法登入,

明明帳號及密碼是正確的,還一直無法登入,這的確是我在使用的帳號並且確實擁有存取權

可以直接幫我將密碼重設信件以人工方式郵寄給無法登入的信箱帳號,
 
讓我重新做更改密碼及驗證信箱地址的工作嗎?
 
這個狀況讓我今天一整天的時間都不能夠工作!就浪費在這上面找方法,我快瘋了,謝謝

Hello @褚沁

I'd be more than happy to help! 

From what I understand, you're having trouble signing into your account and you also don't receive an email when you request to reset your password, is that right?

If so, could you please let me know if you've checked your spam folder and added no-reply@dropbox.com as a contact to your address book before sending the password-reset email again?

Let me know of any updates!

PS. Although we currently don't support Chinese, I've included a translation of this below, please excuse any errors:

你好!

我已經檢查了垃圾郵件文件夾並在再次發送密碼重置電子郵件之前

將no-reply@dropbox.com添加為地址簿中的聯繫人,這些方法都試過了。

因為已經耽誤了一整天的工作,所以我想快速解決,能有其他辦法可進入重置密碼,

我可以證明這是我使用的帳戶,我希望你們那端可以直接幫我將密碼重置,謝謝!
