$1200 Unauthorized charge from Dropbox!

New member | Level 2

I was just charged $1200 from Dropbox.  I have a basic account that I rarely use.  I cant seem to reach a real person to get this credited back.  I am a small business owner and I am the only one that has access to the account!  I would never incur a charge this size for something i rarely use.   How do I go about having this charge removed.  I can't afford to lose $1200!  I only opened in October!

Hi @leza1, thanks for posting on the Community.

I’m sorry to hear about this. It sounds like a Dropbox Business subscription given the amount.

Have you tried checking to see which account the transaction belongs to using the card lookup tool?

We’d recommend contacting the support team directly via the following link for further assistance on this matter.
