Hello, Community. My 2TB Dropbox Plus account subscription expired. I was not able to renew on time. I thought I had renewed my account, but it doesn't seem like that happened. I am now back to a Basic Plan of 2.5GB, and most of my files are missing. How can I access the rest of my files? If I renew, can I get my files back? Help, please. Thank you.

When you downgrade/miss a payment your files should remain intact on your Dropbox Account. But, If the amount of files is over 2GB then you won't be able to create/upload new files until you upgrade your account or delete some files. Have you tried logging into dropbox.com and clicking on the "All Files" button in the left hand column? That's where all of your files should show up. Unless you deleted some files, they should remain intact on your account. I recommend that you check your Dropbox account version history to see if any files were deleted, moved, etc by following the steps provided on this page, https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/restore-delete/version-history-overview. I hope this helps!
