Hello, i am trying to sing in to my account but after typing my credentials aksed me to add a 6-digit security code, but i am not receiving any.Any help? (I have the correct phone number)

Hi @alexisz, let's see what we can do. 

 

When you first created your Dropbox account, do you remember setting up an emergency backup code or a backup phone number?

Hi Lusil thank you for your reply.

 

I dont remember setting an emergency backup code but i have added a phone number the problem is that i see the message "We sent a code to your phone number ending in 81" but i dont recieve any message on my phone.

Thanks for confirming @alexisz!

 

Is this only a recent issue? Have you been able to sign in with the 2 step verification codes previously?

 

Also, do you have any other devices using the app and signed into your account, or a signed in web session?

Thank you for you reply.

Yes i was sigend in with my mobile and after a log out i face this problem.

I hane not other device sigend in.
