$750 deducted from my pay pal, how I get it back?

Yesterday, Feb 16 2020 I received a nitice from Pay Pal the Dropbox had deducted $750 from my Pay Pal account.

I filed a case to dispute the unauthorized withdrawl.

Pay Pal denied my case but cryptically said:

Hello Ramon Mentor,

We received the case(s) you filed on February 16, 2020.

We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because this transaction was not unauthorized.

If you'd like a copy of the documentation we used in the investigation of your case, send a letter including the Case ID to the following address:

PayPal, Inc.

Attn: Unauthorized Account Access Appeal

P.O. Box 45950

Omaha, NE 68145 

We're sorry for any problems you may have experienced with the transaction(s).

Im trying to contact Dropbax to correct this withdrawl error.

Any suggestions how best to do this?
