Hello! I have been having issues with dropbox for ages, I am trying to get connected to my company's business account.  When they send the invite to me and I open it, it says that the invite was not for me.  It says I only have 2GB of storage and that I can't access any of the files.  Do I need to create a new account specifically to join this business account?  How do I get added to this?

Could you ask the team admin to remove you from the team, and then add you back using these steps?
