Accessing an old account

Accessing an old account

New member | Level 2

Hi. I have an old dropbox account for which I paid a subscription. I've got a feeling that the subscription has lapsed but I was still able to access the account which was useful for depositing files for archiving from my active account when this was reaching capacity. Having recently got an upgraded PC at work, the shortcut to this account has gone but I can't find a way of accessing the account. The switch account facility only allows me to switch between the current active accounts which I share with a team. I am quite happy to start subscribing again to get this account going again but I've no idea how to do this! It's important because I have a load of files which I need to get to every now and then. Can anybody help?
