I have a dropbox that I am unable to access. I know the email but I currently don't have access to it. I need to speak with a human being not a bot.

No this didn't resolve the issue. I need to speak with a human being in customer service not a bot. I need to know how I can convince them the account is mine. I don't remember the password and I don't have access to the email beacuse it's very old. I can prove the account is mine. How can I contact a human in dropbox customer service.

Phone support is only available with a Dropbox Business account. All others can find the support options available to them on the Support page.

The only way to gain access to the account is with the email address associated with it. Receiving the reset information via email is the only accepted way to show ownership of the account. Your best bet would be to contact the email service provider and see if they'll reactivate the email address, even temporarily, so you can receive the reset information.
