Accidentally downgraded business account to free team

I was asking questions on chat through our business account if I could get a refund and what would happen if we downgraded and switched to a personal account..I don't think she understood what I was asking and downgraded without me giving full permission. I now can't contact anyone through chat or phone but need to get my business account back the way it was (preferably with one less license, which was another of my questions). Is this something someone can help with? If I click resubscribe will everything go back to the way it was with the same users, etc? I just can't afford to mess anything else up at this point!

Hey there @SWilliE19 - sorry to hear about this and apologies for any frustration this has caused.

As the best way to handle account specific and especially billing inquiries is through our Official Channels, I found your most recent ticket in our system and reached out to you through that (ticket with ID: 9535410). 

In the meantime, please as your Dropbox Business subscription has been downgraded to a free team (when a subscription is refunded the account downgrades immediately), I wanted you to note a few things. 

At first, no members have been removed, and no files have been deleted. However,you may not be able to sync new files if you are currently using more space than allowed on a free team.
