Accidentally signed up for a one year subscription...can't figure out how to cancel!

There doesn't seem to be anyone I can call or email from Dropbox.  I wanted to sign up for a one month subscription. When I went back after changing my password, the system had me set up for a one year subscription.  I only want it for one month!  Someone please help me cancel...or change to a one month subscription.  Dropbox online support isn't helpful at all!!!!!

I would suggest reaching out to our billing team, so that they can assist you with this alongside some billing and account specific info.

You can submit a ticket with them by going to this page, and filling in the relevant info under "Submit a help request".

Also, you can let me know the ticket number (eg. #1234567) so that I can pass along your comments from here too.
