Account Disabled

My dropbox account got disabled for violating the terms of service but I haven’t violated anything which is why I think it was unfair that my account was randomly disabled. I have some important homework assignments on my account that I need to access. I don’t know how to contact dropbox for this or open a ticket. Any help? Thanks.

Hi there @Kyo3, thanks for posting your question here. 


In general, your support options depend on the sort of account that you have, and you can find yours by going to this page after logging in via the website. 


As for your main concern though, I'd suggest contacting our team regarding this from here, using an incognito window. 


Once you do that, could you let us know the ID (eg. #1234567) associated with the ticket, so as to have a look into this for you?
