Dropbox accounts & billing

I am a one-person business. I have had a Dropbox account for years. I recently tried a Team Account so my son could share some larger video files (wedding) with me.
The Team Account trial has expired and it won't allow me to renew with a single person plan account. Wants to charge me three (3) users per month.
How do I renew my plan as a single business user?
Hello @flashfactorphotography, I hope you're having a good day so far!
It sounds like your account might be in a locked state after the trial expired, which just means you have the choice to either upgrade to business, or downgrade back to a free account.
You'll need to downgrade back to the free personal plan, so that you can then upgrade to one of the personal subscriptions.
Don't worry though, this won't affect any of the file currently in your account. If you have more than the free 2 GB storage limit, you files just won't be able to sync until you upgrade.
You can check out the steps for reverting back to a personal account here, and then you can choose your new plan to upgrade to from here.
Let me know if you have any questions!
