Account Upgrade

I upgraded my account, which I was billed through Apple for the monthly cost of Plus. Although my Dropbox account did not upgrade. I tried going in and clicking restore purchases. It just came up as an error and couldn’t upgrade. Iv even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Thanks.

At first, have you made sure you're using the most recent version of your device's OS and our mobile app as well?


If you're on the latest versions indeed, could you try to restore your purchase from the Dropbox app on your Apple device following these steps?


1. In your Dropbox app, tap Account (or Personal if you have paired accounts).
2. Tap on the gear icon at the top of your screen to access your settings.
3. Tap on "Restore purchases".


If you're still getting an error, I'd appreciate a screenshot so I can have a visual too.
