On February 19th I cancelled my Dropbox subscription. I received a confirmation email:
On the 23rd of February, I received a charge for a Dropbox subscription.
I would like to receive a refund.
If you cancelled your account on the day that it was set to renew, then you would still be charged. Cancellations need to take place at least a day before your renewal date.
To see about a possible refund, if elligble, you'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly.

Replies take approximately 1 - 3 business days with Plus, Professional and Business users getting priority (longer for Basic users).
