Good morning,

I have a primary Dropbox account that I use everyday and a secondary one for confidential files that I rarely use.

Today I am no more able to login in the secondary.

It says that email or password are wrong. Very strange.

Trying to recover the password, I type the email address and I do not receive any email from dropbox and the sender is not  blocked and nothing in the spam.

The last logon to this account was done NOT LATER than October 11th, 2019 since in that date I see an email from Dropbox asking if it was me to login because I linked another device.

 

What can I do, at least to understand if it was a deleted account problem or password or what.

Hi @stef70; thanks for joining our Community!

 

As it's high unlikely that the account was closed due to inactivity (you would have received several emails about it), could you try clearing your browser's cache, an incognito window and/or another browser and let me know if you get the same results? 

 

You can also try resetting your password from there to see if that improves matters.
