Hello Team,

 

I have not been using Dropbox since a long time. Maybe not connected since +1 year ago. 

Not able to connect (didn't change my password) I tried to retrieve password but no email received. I then decided today to register again with my email, Big surprise, I was able to do so and within ticket center I can find back previous tickets from 2014. Obviously no data all files gone. WTF?

No email from the support on delation etc ....

 

Any idea?

If your account was idle for more than a year, it was likely deleted due to inactivity. Dropbox does send multiple emails before this happens.

Well, the last email I received is related to lack of space, no delete at all
