My account was disabled for no reason and Dropbox didn’t send me an email about it, how do I recover my account?

Hey @Tramainedennis, thanks for posting here.

If your account had been disabled due to inactivity, you would have received an email about it. 

Are you getting an error message, when trying to sign in to your account? Can you please send me a screenshot, so I can check it out?
