Hello,

 

I had my Dropbox Pro subscription made on iPhone and I was paying the monthly fee trough Apple.

I moved from Romania to Hungary and in my Apple ID I changed the credit card I was using to a Hungarian one, than I payed the yearly Dropbox Pro fee. However, my Dropbox account was downgraded to basic, because the monthly payment couldn`t be completed as I removed my old Romanian credit card from my Apple ID.

So, now I have an Apple Invoice for the yearly Dropbox Pro subscription I paid (on the same account as before), but I can not use it, because it is downgraded to basic.

I wanted to make a complaint using Apple Support, but they are redirecting me to Dropbox Support which doesn`t really exist....

 

Any ideea how can I solve this issue?

Hi there @Okesz, I hope you're well today!

 

In this case, since the upgrade was made through the app store, then Apple is responsible for and handles the subscription. I'd be happy to try and help out with this though.

 

Can you try the steps outlined here to see if that does the trick?

 

If that doesn't show the upgrade to your account correctly, then I'd suggest reaching out to our Support team from here by filling out the relevant details under "Submit a help request".
