Hi, is there any way to get in contact with the billing department? I just had my account downgraded. I contacted customer support a few weeks ago about not being able to do the yearly payment at the moment since I lost my job due to covid-19 and after 3 month still haven't gotten unemployment. They supposedly gave a multi month free extension so my account would not downgrade. Just now got the email my account is downgraded back to basic and I have no options to contact billing support at all. Just this community forum.
I need my account running because I do some volunteer stuff that requires me to transfer and store files.
How can I get this resolved???

I can see that you’ve replied to the original message from the support team on this matter.

 

They’ll be able to investigate this in more details, since we’re unable to assist over the forum as this is related to sensitive billing issues.
