Hi, 

 

Our accounts department posted a cheque for the renewal of our account but it has not matched our account, can I talk with dropbox directly to resolve this?

Hi @LoveGorey, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

I assume this is for a Dropbox Business team on a manual invoice?

 

If this is the case, I’d recommend that the team admin contact us as soon as possible at the support page.

 

The team there will be able to investigate this matter in more detail.
