Account isn't working even though I am paying for it?

Hello.
I can see that my account is out( or not paid for after the trying period). But I am paying for it so why is it since may. Can you please tell me what the problem is???
I have also still problem to find a photo album shared with me last may

Hello @Frank Sorensen, I'd be more than happy to help look into this with you. 

 

As a first step, could you please clarify what the issue is? Do you have a paid subscription but you're seeing that your Plan tab shows that it's Basic? 

 

As for the photos, could you check your events page for any info?
