While trying to restore my dropbox business account. The biling information update option is locked due to multiple try. It says i have to try after 24 hours. Can the same be released immediately instead of waiting for 24 hours?

Hey @Prakash Raja, thanks for posting your question here. 

 

Generally, when you get an error message like that, the issue should be resolved within 24 hours. 

 

Just to make sure though, are you still having issues with this? 

 

Could you let us know what your Plan tab shows?
