I had a few other personal accounts that now seem to have dissapeared and are not linked to the emails originally used . Is there a way that I can get that information back as I cannot find it anywhere.

I'm sorry to hear about this situation. Do you know when was the last time you accessed these accounts? Was it over 12 months ago?
Were any of these accounts associated with a Dropbox Business team?

What error do you get when trying to login into the accounts on the site?
Do you receive any password resets to their email addresses, even in the junk folder, or did you get any emails from Dropbox at all?

Sorry to jump in here, but can you let us know if you were able to find the password reset email in your junk folder?
In case you didn't, you can add email@example.com to your email's contact list and try again.
On a side note, if you've ensured you're inputting the right email address, there might be an issue with your browser. In that case, you could try another one.
