Hi !!
Ive just joined a company and trying to join the existing dropbox account. Their paln is Dropbox plus while my account is currently showing basic. How do I join their account as their employee.

The Dropbox Plus plan is a personal plan, so you wouldn't be able to join this account as it's meant for individual use.
Are they perhaps using a shared folder to share the data you need access to? If so, they will need to share the folder with you from their side.
I'd suggest contacting one of your colleagues to see if that's the case and how they have the account set up, so that we can know how you'll need to be added.
