Adding an account to another account

Hello,

I was seeing the best way to proceed.  My friend has an account with 3T of data, is she able to add my account under her plan so we share that 3T.  Or is it better for me to have my own plan as an individual?

No, that's not possible. She can share a folder with you, but you will still be limited by the amount of storage in your own account.
