Hi
I got charged £95 for Dropbox plus subscription. I used to previously work at Imperial college London and through work, I was signed up to this service. The Dropbox account is linked to that email address which I no longer have access to. I have left my job in August 2020 and I don't understand why this account is still active and why have I been charged. I was able to log on and today I cancelled my subscription. I received an invoice from Dropbox "adjustment for refund". What does that mean? I checked my bank account and I have already been charged this amount. When will I receive my refund and will this amount be automatically credited to my debit card?
I would appreciate if someone could get back to me.
Thanks,
Samira.
