After deleting files from my account, I'm still getting a notification that my account is full.

I'm being told my account is full.  I've deleted 95% of the files I had stored there and still get this notification.  How can I reset my account?

Hi @jakicker, thanks for posting on the Community!

From what you’re describing, it’s possible that you have a shared folder on your account which is taking up more space than expected.

Try temporarily removing any unneeded shared folders from your account using these steps.

You can also check your quota from the following page to see if this brings your account underquota.

Let me know how it goes!

I managed to look through all the various places that Dropbox might have something stored and deleted even the deleted files.  Also un-Shared some persons from my account and files and then again deleted and re-deleted files.  I believe I may have finally got the issue solved.  My file Tab shows I now have very little used space.

This is a very complilcated process to have to go through and it does not seem to take effect the first time you try it.
