After my Business trial, how can I go back to the original status?

After my Business trial, how can I go back to the original status?

New member | Level 2

Hi  i am using [email removed as per Community Guidelines] for the dropbox

I used be a member of my co-workers dropbox 'Samwha USA' 

 

Then, i formatted my computer and signed up for the business trial with the same User name [email removed]

After the trial ended, i don't know how to go back to the original status and sync with my coworkers

 

Please help me

Hey there @sandykang, I hope you're having a good day so far!

 

When the trial expired, are you now receiving notifications that your account can't sync?

 

In this case, it may be that your account is part of a free team. If so, you can check out the steps on how to leave the free team and revert back to your personal account from here.

 

Otherwise, can you please let me know which subscription your account is currently showing?
