I'm wondering if someone can help? After upgrading and paying for Business Advanced my storage has reduced to 3TB and not unlimited.

 

I found similar topics but I did this upgrade 16Hrs ago and the space still hasn't been upgraded. I received the email saying the payment had been taken and the upgrade had happened, but nothing about a storage increase.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @Craig14 

 

That is correct - you get an unlimited account BUT you need to contact support when you need an upgrade, it doesnt just give you an unlimited quota straight off. 

 

If you go to www.dropbox.com/support you cna log a ticket for more space 🙂
