Agreed to subscription but Dropbox not upgraded

Hi I have a Dropbox account and selected to upgrade it so my phone automatically signed me up on a monthly basis. However It hasn’t upgraded but on my subscriptions list it’s on there. It’s says it’s up for renewal on the 27th Feb it won’t let me download anything new or access anything can anyone help me? I’m a disaster with all of this thank you!

Hey there @aileenskeffington, let's see what we can do here. 

Could you make sure that you're signed in on the same account on your mobile app and the website?

You can check that by going to the Account tab (iOS) or your Settings (Android), and by navigating to the General tab online. 

Have a look and let me know what you find, thanks!

I think i have the same issue

updated my new billing details through my Itunes (i've had my dbox account for years) but altho payment has been made and debited from my account its now showing on my billing history and i've always been a DBox Plus member and its taken me back down to basic membership.  Please help!  I don't want to start duplicating payments. thanks so much

sorry i meant the lastest card debit isn't showing on my DBox billing history so its taken me back down to basic.

Hey @De51, thanks for joining us here. 

Could you have a look through our credit card charge lookup tool if the charge comes up and find the email address of the account that it's associated with?
