Hi,

We have 2 dropbox accounts in the company, both free, i noticed we are charged each month on paypal but i don't know what third account is a paid account so i would like to cancel the subscription which i cannot do since i do not know the log-in of the account.

The page /payments/find_receipt is a very smart tool but is for credit cards charges, it does not work with the reference numbers paypal gives me :

Numéro de transaction : 8RE24483S9472360A
Numéro d'autorisation de facturation

B-7W3024212R8750457

Hi @clac; thanks for joining our Community!

 

In that case, I'd suggest trying an incognito window.

 

When on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you. 

 

I hope this gets resolved for you soon and have a lovely week ahead!

Have you tried blocking the transaction in Paypal?

 

After the invoice bounces back 2-3 times the subscription will be canceled automatically and you will see where the account was coming from.

 

I believe it's the easiest way to get around your monthly charges.
