An unknown Dropbox account is sending out a phishing link

An email from no-reply@dropbox.com which says that it's registered to [Removed as per Community Guidelines] has been spamming well over a hundred people that I know of telling them to download a "PDF" at [Removed as per Community Guidelines]

 

That email address is similar to a real person's account, but is bogus. Can Dropbox staff suspend or at least look into activity coming from that account? Thank you.

I understand your concern over this matter. I’d recommend forwarding the email you received to abuse@dropbox.com for the appropriate team to investigate this matter in more detail.

 

They’ll be able to handle this from there on.
