Can you please reinstall the app on your mobile device after rebooting your device? This might do the trick for you.

Can you please let me know your device's exact OS and how long has this been happening for you?
Also, does the app crash immediately when you open it up or after you navigate to a specific tab or file perhaps?
Another thing you could try is signing out of Google Play and then signing back in.

this been happening today.
I tried logging in to google again, didn’t work.
I open app, it starts to "Process your new service order" then it found google play subscription service, I press the OK button, nothing happen, navigate to home. I click the upgrade button(You know, there are many buttons that can be upgraded, the result of the motor is similar), then process service order again, crash.
I took some screenshots on my phone which may help:
1-4: crash and report(of course I sent this to google)
5: two subscription in my account

If so, I'd suggest using an incognito window (without being logged into any account) and, from there, when on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you.
