App Store renewal does not reflect

App Store renewal does not reflect

Renewed subscription through App Store on iOS but Dropbox app does not reflect this.

 

the email corresponds and did not have any issue in the past?

 

could someone please offer help would hate to waste the money I just paid.

Hi @Isaac Koh; thanks for joining our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with your iOS subscription. 

 

Could you try to restore your purchase from your Dropbox app on your Apple device?

 

In order to do so, please follow the below steps:
1. In your Dropbox app, tap Account (or Personal if you have paired accounts).
2. Tap on the gear icon at the top of your screen to access your settings.
3. Tap on "Restore purchases".

 

If you can't see "Restore purchase" this means that your app isn't up to date, so, you will need to update your Dropbox app from the App Store on your device and try again.

yup I tried that to no avail. I get a 403 error.

Could you try checking your account again directly on the site to see if the payment is visible here, and also your current plan?
