As admin I pay a Business account however my log in only shows me as a basic user. Help!

As admin I pay a Business account however my log in only shows me as a basic user. Help!

I pay for a Dropbox Business Account for a team and I am the admin; my invoice also reflects this  However when i log onto drop box, it shows I only have a basic account.  I have my Business Account name, my email address and password, but it still comes up as a basic account when i log in! what do to do?? and i can't seem to contact dropbox directly to ask this question. I am directed to pages on line where it states i need a business account, which I have, but somehow dropbox does not recognise me!  Any ideas?

Hi there @Brichta, thanks for reaching out to us about this. 

 

At first, I'd recommend double-checking that the email address of the Basic account you're accessing is the same one as the associated with your charges. 

 

If you were paying for the subscription using a credit card, you can look up the email address using our credit card charge lookup tool

 

If you're still having trouble with this, you can contact our Support team on the matter from this link via an incognito window (without singing in).
