Bank account overdraft - can't figure out how to change payment info in Dropbox Basic

Hello everyone. My bank account was overdraft and I cannot figure out how to change my payment options so this doesn't happen again. I have Dropbox Basic but all of the help on the forums are for Premium/Business accounts. I looked around my account and followed links in the help articles, but no luck.  It's really frustrating that help is so difficult to access. Thank you to whoever responds to this

Hi there @Mlaguardia, welcome to our Community!

If you're on a free Dropbox Basic account, but are being charged, you're most likely paying for a different account. 

You can use our lookup tool to search for the account in question and then follow the steps here to cancel the subscription.

If the account you find is not yours, let me know!
