I'm on a BASIC plan and was charged for a 119.88 USD.

Can you tell why this happened?

Unable to be contacted by anyone on Dropbox support, no email response, ticket was closed by Dropbox, no response from support.

Hi @assafde, thanks for your message!


As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.


You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.


Once you get a reply from the automated response, could you let me know the ticket ID? Thanks!
