My CC has been charged on 27 Apr 2021 for the upgrade from Basic to PLus...but did not get any payment transaction nor my account is still not yet upgraded. Any idea what to do? thanks

Hi @Sei06, thanks for posting in the Dropbox Community!

It sounds like you might have upgraded a different Dropbox account, could that be possible?

Since it's a CC charge, you can look it up with our credit card self-serve lookup tool. It will give you the email address associated with the account that got upgraded. 

Try and let me know what you find!

Yes indeed it was paid under my other email address : [removed]

while my Dropbox account is under email address: [removed]

So how can I change it now? Thanks
