Hello would love some help. I applied for the free 30 day plus trial when I opened my basic account. However, my account details has me set at basic with only 2gb. What can I do to start the free plus 30 day trial?

Make sure the account you are using is the one you set the trial up on - often people have different accounts on mobile devices to desktops.

Hey @Smithy2, thanks for reaching out to us. 

Could it be that you chose to start a trial with another Dropbox account?

Since each account is associated with a unique email address, check the one that you're currently signed in on the web and any other connected devices. 

Let me know what you find and we'll go from there, cheers!
