After months of trying to stop payments for Dropbox which we have not used for many months, in March 2021, David from Support assured me the account is now a BASIC account. However, yesterday I have again been charged for it.
When are you going to sort this out for me and when will I receive refund for something I've been trying to do for months and is in fact your error not mine. You are now charging me a BASIC account!!!!!
I can't change this as no option to delete credit card and my credit card company has advised only you can do this. Is it because we are in the UK you think you can S- - - all over us?
Now going to resort to other social media to name and shame Dropbox and to the point of making a video about your absolute poor and awful business - be advised you have 24 hours to rectify this situation.
