I got billed by Apple like normal but I guess Dropbox isn’t recognizing it. I have the billing statement and can’t access My Dropbox plus. What should I do.

Hi there @Mia99, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

 

Since you mentioned that your subscription is through Apple, please try out these steps to restore the purchase.
