Of course i've done this and its obviously some sort of a bug that needs to be fixed.
I saw a post about this about a month ago, and it still doesnt seem to work which makes me very dissapointed.
Its the exact same issue so i've tried different computers, browsers, mobiles...please seriously help now.

Just to cover all bases here, @wedas7, can you let me know if there's any difference when using an incognito/private browsing window?
If not, please try another browser altogether.

Unfortunately, I couldn't make it work either way, I've tried everything you guys suggested.
Hi @wedas, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by logging into any account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.
Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
