It appears to me that I’m paying for business account and I receive emails and credit massages that my subscription is working but when I enter dropbox it tells me that my subscription is ended and I can’t upload files due to the full space. What is the provle and how can I call the center!?

Is there a recent charge showing on your bank statement for the subscription fee?

If so, can you try using the lookup tool here to see if this charge is associated with the account you're signed in with and seeing full?
